A Nice Stay!

I received an upgraded room with a nice balcony. The view was pretty AMAZING!!! The room was clean and the location was convenient. The staff members were very friendly. I felt welcome.

My room barely had a window and it felt smaller than I expected. The restaurant, located on the seventh floor, was advertised in the pictures, but it was closed. This was disappointing, as I was looking forward to dining there.

Breakfast offered fine views every morning from the eighth floor. You can watch the Bosphorus. The hotel provides a breakfast service but I did not taste the food. I was also near several cafes.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped me feel welcome throughout my visit. Selçuk, Mert, and Mete, along with the entire team, deserve high praise for making my time nice.

The location is perfect, just minutes away from most of the attractions and close to Taksim. The hotel is also near the metro and İstiklal Avenue. This is a lively area full of active people.

The beautiful room had modern and clean furnishings with a starter pack of essentials. My upgraded room also had a good balcony. Rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed at each passage.
